To cancel an order, please call (800) 681-4648 or email us right away to reduce further delays. We ship out orders by 4:30 PM CT on business days, so if you placed your order earlier that day, we have to process your cancellation request by that time. Cancellation requests placed after an order has been shipped will be treated as a return.
Bought a phone and realized it's not the phone for you? Send it back to us within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you. You won't pay for the return label, and we won't charge you a restocking fee or any other random fee. Email us and we’ll walk you through the process. Please note, we will not accept any returns with active passcode, fingerprint, or face locks. Devices with active iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts will also not be accepted.
At this time, we only sell and ship to the 50 United States as well as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Armed Forces Americas.
We use USPS and UPS.
If you have selected Expedited Shipping, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days, once you have placed an order.
You also have the option to have your order shipped to the next business day, if you select UPS Next Day Air Saver® if you place an order before 2pm.
Delivery details, including tracking numbers, will be provided in a shipping confirmation email.
