We currently offer two types of purchase protection for our customers.
The first purchase protection is a 30-day return policy with a no-hassle, money-back guarantee. Meaning, if you purchase a product on our site, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund. We will provide the return shipping label and you won't be charged a restocking fee or any other fee for that matter. Look, we get it, people change their minds; and we're not here to penalize our customers for that. Please do not send your purchase back to us without authorization from one of our representatives. Any product returned to us without a valid return authorization may be rejected, returned at your cost (subject to prepayment), or kept for 60 days for your pick-up and then disposed of in our sole discretion with no further liability or obligation to you.
Any product returned that is missing accessories will receive a partial refund. The deduction will be capped to 10 percent of the price of the product.
Any product returned that has an activation lock such as Find My iPhone will not receive a refund until the activation lock is removed by you. For instructions to turn off Activation Lock on an Apple device, please visit the following page:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will see the credit applied to your original payment method, typically within 2-5 business days.
The second purchase protection is our industry leading 12-month warranty period. If a defect in the product arises and a valid claim is received by us within the warranty period, we will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or exchange the product with another that is the same or similar to the product you purchased. We provide no assurance, representation or warranty that any replacement product will be identical to or will offer the same functionalities as the product you purchased from our site. Customers will incur no expense when filing a warranty claim, not even a deductible. We will cover all shipping or repair costs for any approved warranty claim. Our warranty does have certain exclusions so please continue reading to determine eligibility.
Our warranty policy does not apply to any:
Damage to the product caused by use with other products not purchased from our store
Damage to the product caused by accident, abuse, misuse, food or liquid spillage, or other external causes, including but not limited to fire or an act of God, such as a flood
Damage to the product caused by service performed by a third-party
Cosmetic damage to the product, including but not limited to scratches or dents
Defects or parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains, scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the product
